LEADERSHIP & CAPABILITIES

F5 Vietnam Travel is led by Ms. Hoang Thi Lien, Director, MBA from La Trobe University (Australia), Bachelor of Chinese Language from Hanoi University and National Taipei University of Education, with over 25 years of experience in tourism management and business. She is supported by two Deputy Directors, both holding Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Chinese from Hanoi University, with more than 15 years of experience.

The management team includes experienced department and branch heads overseeing inbound, outbound, domestic travel, ticketing, sales, finance–accounting, and human resources. 

The company employs over 50 operations staff fluent in Chinese and English, professionally trained in tourism and business, along with more than 150 multilingual tour guides and collaborators who are experienced, friendly, and dedicated. 

And with a network of over 150 partners worldwide, modern facilities and vehicles, we ensure service quality and customer safety.

HISTORY & MILESTONES

. 2013: Company founded in Hanoi

• 2014: Exclusive agent for Indochina Sails in the Taiwan market

• 2015: Among the first 10 companies authorized by the Taiwan Tourism Bureau to process priority-channel visas.

• 2017: Opened office in Ho Chi Minh City

• 2019: Established branch in Da Nang

• 2020–2022: Served as exclusive agent for China Airlines charter flights for expert delegations during COVID

• 2023: Became official entrusted visa agent of the Chinese Embassy in Hanoi

• 2024: Opened representative office in Phu Quoc

• 2025: Launched charter flights to Kinmen (Taiwan) – Ha Long/Phu Quoc; partnered with Mr. Player TV Show (Taiwan) to promote Vietnam tourism; participated in the first Vietnam Tourism Roadshow in the United States organized by the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism.

BUSINESS SERVICES

We provide comprehensive travel solutions: inbound tours for international visitors to Vietnam, outbound tours for Vietnamese travelers abroad, domestic tours, golf tours and MICE tours (meetings, incentives, conferences, events). 

We offer visa services, air ticketing, hotel booking, transportation, and event organization – tourism promotion and media.

F5 Vietnam Travel has welcomed more than 100,000 visitors annually and has received prestigious international awards such as the International Quality Tourism Award and the International Gold Tourism Award for tours to Phu Quoc, Ha Long, Sapa, and Da Nang, voted by consumers through the Taiwan's Travel Quality Assurance Association (TQAA).

INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS & MICE

F5 Vietnam Travel has successfully organized large-scale MICE tours for international clients such as Menulife Taiwan, Fubon, China Life, Allianz, Yuan Shan Hotel, Mercedes-Benz Taiwan, and Starlux Airlines.

We also participate in the annual Vietnam–Taiwan Tourism Conference and global programs like the UN Tourism Rural Development Program in Quang Nam (2024) and the Vietnam Tourism Roadshow in the United States (2025), contributing to enhancing Vietnam’s tourism profile internationally.

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITY

F5 Vietnam Travel has actively participated in social and charitable activities, contributing to the Vietnam Fatherland Front, UNESCO Hanoi Tourism Association, and the Smile Charity Fund, etc.

We actively organize community support programs such as donating gifts at the start of the school year to primary students in Yen Bai, Lao Cai Province, and supporting people affected by the floods in Da Nang, Khanh Hoa, and Phu Yen, etc. Through these initiatives, we spread the spirit of sharing and strengthen social responsibility within the tourism industry.

We have also created jobs for thousands of workers in the tourism supply chain (tour guides, transportation, hotels, restaurants) and contributed to the national budget through sustainable business practices.

F5 Vietnam Travel has implemented international market promotion activities such as Nha Trang promotion events (2022–2023), successfully launched charter flights from Taipei to Nha Trang, and expanded business for key destinations including Hanoi, Ha Long, Sapa, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc, and Ho Chi Minh City.

F5 Viet Nam Travel have contributed significantly to annual inbound visitor numbers, especially from the Taiwan market, enhancing Vietnam’s tourism profile. Also, we have continuously researched and developed new tourism products to diversify visitor experiences.

As Vice President of the Vietnam Association For Cultural Industry Development, we have promoted creativity, connected resources, and fostered sustainable development, bringing Vietnamese culture to the world.
